Brief:
The event was hosted at the Mountbatten Hotel in Covent Garden where 70 guests enjoyed a buffet lunch on arrival, a Champagne and canape reception before a short awards presentation in the hotel's Broadlands Suite. Guests were then transferred by coach for a pre-theatre dinner at Smollenskys on the Strand before departing to the Dominion Theatre to see an evening performance of "We Will Rock You". After the show it was back to the hotel for a post show buffet and more drinks. |

Brief:
FSL received confirmation on the showcase 2 weeks prior to the event date which only afforded a total of 10 working days to design, manage and deliver the event.
We chose the funky boutique Soho Hotel which is centrally located and has contemporary screening room facilities. We felt that the venues large cinematic screen would best showcase the games graphics and vibrant characters in an environment that would completely encapsulate the guests with both vision and sound. To enhance the experience we played the games soundtrack throughout the presentations and also projected a gobo image of the games logo around the theatre walls and ceiling.
After the presentation guests were invited to sample the game on various pods within a private function room which had been decorated with various colour washes to the walls and included giant backlit character silhouette panels. Guests were served miniature British bites such as lamb burgers and medium rare roast beef in Yorkshire puddings followed by mouth watering bowl food and washed down with a scrumptious bespoke cocktail named after the game itself.
The evening concluded with guests winning some fantastic prizes such as a flat screen plasma TV and DVD box set (relevant to the game) and a buggy and quad biking experience for two. |

Brief:
We conducted a pre event site inspection to source inspiring tour options and spectacular exclusive venues that complimented the destination and ensured that guests would have a totally unique experience as well as feeling motivated and rewarded for their hard work.
The programme included a relaxing welcome dinner at their 5 star hotel on the night of arrival and a traditional Greek dinner in an ancient restaurant on their second evening. The programme offered tour options such as sailing a private yacht on the Saronic Gulf, the opportunity to see Athens by bike, as well as the must see Acropolis. The programme also included plenty of free time so guests could explore their surroundings and enjoy the lively and entertaining Plaka area.
For the gala evening the guests dined at a private members club overlooking the sea as the sun set with entertainment taking guests into the early hours of the morning.
On the morning of departure each guest received a beautiful gift as a reminder of their wonderful trip to Athens. |

Brief:
We worked with our AV & Production team to create different moods and feels within the room by changing the lighting effects and spider screen specifications to coincide with each element of the events presentation and entertainment, as well as providing a large funky set and stage which included back drop cloth to all walls to create a nightclub feel. We provided contemporary under lit poseur tables in ice blue with chrome high stools, chunky glass bars backlit in blue, white leather bean bag cubes and miniature under lit poseur tables which all added to the complete transformation of this empty, blank conference space.
Instead of having a formal seated dinner we provided fresh, exciting canapes followed by mouth watering bowl food which was served throughout the main entertainment - a singing group of eight males and five Escala-esque band members. We also choreographed a bespoke 'flash mob' dance routine to kick off the set from a top London DJ.
Party goers left feeling that they had a memorable evening with interesting and exciting experiences. References to the event continued long into the ensuing exhibition the following day. |

Brief:
- 285 single occupancy bedrooms - main plenary room accommodating 285 pax cabaret style with back projection (day 1) - a separate room to accommodate gala dinner (day 1) - two conference rooms to accommodate 150 in one and 175 in the other, cabaret style with back projection (day 2)
The original brief was to source venues for a two day conference for 285 delegates from the UK and EMEA in either Edinburgh or Dublin that could accommodate their conferences, evening dinner and over night requirements. This was to include logistically managing all delegate flights, travel and transfers to the desired location. Due to a reorganisation within the company the required location changed to London which meant that the brief changed from that originally provided and was not finalised until a few weeks before the event. Despite the short lead times FSL managed to exceed all of the client's specific requirements and objectives. |

The programme includes a welcome dinner at the hotel on arrival night, a very traditional informal dinner in a local restaurant and a special venue for the gala dinner – usually a venue that is not open to the general public. In Lucerne the gala dinner was held in part of the Old Town Hall that had previously been used as a Picasso Museum. The programme offers sightseeing tour options and lots of free time for the guests to enjoy their reward trip. Sightseeing offered a trip up Mount Rigi on a cogwheel train, a private chocolate making workshop, a boat trip on Lake Lucerne, and a walking tour of the old town.
